REMOVIX – TERMS & CONDITIONSEffective date: 1 January 20261. Introduction1.1. Removix (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides online reputation management services, including review removal and related support services.1.2. The client (“you”, “your”) engages Removix to perform the services described in the written proposal, email confirmation, or invoice (the “Proposal”).1.3. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all services provided by Removix and become legally binding once you accept the Proposal by email, message, or payment.2. Definitions“Agreement” means these Terms & Conditions together with the Proposal“Client” means the individual or business engaging Removix“Confidential Information” means all non-public information shared between the parties“Fee” means the agreed price for the services“Proposal” means the written or electronic confirmation of services and pricing“Service” means the reputation management or review removal services described in the Proposal“Successful” means a review is removed from the relevant third-party platform3. Supply of Services3.1. Removix will provide the Service using commercially reasonable efforts and professional industry practices.3.2. Service Timeframe
Removix will begin work once the Client has accepted the Proposal.
The standard service period is 7 to 10 business days per review, unless otherwise stated in writing.3.3. The Client acknowledges that third-party platforms (including Google and similar services) control moderation, verification, and final decisions. Removix cannot guarantee how these platforms act or how quickly they process requests.3.4. Removix decides how the Service is delivered and is not required to disclose its internal tools, strategies, or proprietary methods.3.5. Removix does not provide legal advice.3.6. Services are provided on a best-efforts basis. While Removix has a strong track record, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed where third-party platforms are involved.3.7. Platform-Dependent Delays
If third-party platforms require additional verification, introduce new rules, or experience delays that prevent completion within the 7–10 business day window, Removix may reasonably extend the service period for the affected review until a final outcome is determined.4. Client Responsibilities4.1. The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information and to cooperate reasonably with any requests needed for Removix to perform the Service.4.2. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all content, listings, and data provided do not infringe the rights of third parties.4.3. The Client agrees to indemnify Removix against claims, losses, or damages arising from false, misleading, or unlawful information provided by the Client.5. Fees & Payment5.1. Fees are set out in the Proposal or invoice.5.2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.5.3. Payment Basis
Removix charges only for reviews that are successfully removed.5.4. If a review is not removed due to rejection by the platform or factors outside Removix’s control, that review is not billable.5.5. If a removed review is reposted by the same author or a related account, Removix will make reasonable efforts to remove it again at no additional charge.5.6. Any successful removals completed after termination of this Agreement remain payable.6. Termination6.1. This Agreement begins when Removix starts providing the Service and continues until the Service is completed or terminated.6.3. Removix may terminate immediately if the Client fails to pay invoices or materially breaches this Agreement.6.4. Termination does not affect payment obligations for work already completed.7. Liability7.1. Removix’s total liability under this Agreement is limited to the Fees paid by the Client in the preceding 90 days.7.2. Removix is not liable for:Decisions, actions, or delays by third-party platformsLoss of revenue, reputation, or businessIndirect or consequential damages8. Confidentiality & Data Protection8.1. Both parties agree to keep Confidential Information private and secure.8.2. Removix processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable UK data protection law.8.3. Client data is used only for providing the Service.9. Force MajeureNeither party is responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including platform outages, regulatory changes, cyber incidents, or similar events.10. Non-DisparagementBoth parties agree not to make false or misleading statements that could reasonably damage the other’s reputation.11. Intellectual Property11.1. Removix owns all tools, processes, systems, and methodologies used to deliver the Service.11.2. The Client retains ownership of its own content and business data.12. Service Definition12.1. The Service is online reputation management and review removal as described in the Proposal.12.2. A review is considered “Successful” once it has been removed from the relevant platform, normally within 7–10 business days, subject to third-party processing rules.13. Governing Law & Disputes13.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.13.2. Any dispute shall be resolved by the courts of England and Wales, unless both parties agree to arbitration.14. General14.1. This Agreement and the Proposal together form the entire agreement between the parties.14.2. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains valid.14.3. Acceptance by email, message, or payment is legally binding.15. Website Terms15.1. The website removix.com is owned by Removix. By using it, you accept these Terms.15.2. All website content is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reused without permission.15.3. Third-party links are provided for convenience and are not endorsed by Removix.
